Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with strong techno-functional expertise.
• Mandatory strong Payroll experience with hands-on production support.
• Proven experience providing L2/L3 support in enterprise environments.

Technical Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts.
• HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, REST and SOAP APIs.
• SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
