Oracle functional consultant

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines. Manage HCM Security (roles, access, and user provisioning). Support Global HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. Handle ORC issues and enhancements. Support Talent Management and Learning modules. Manage HR Helpdesk tickets and workflows. Assist with Compensation and Benefits activities. Implement system enhancements and change requests. Support testing (SIT/UAT) and regression activities. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data fixes. Prepare documentation and user support materials Skills Security (roles, data security, user provisioning) Global HR Talent Management Learning Cloud HR Helpdesk Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits modules is an advantage Strong experience in Approval Management.
