Opportunity Description
Support the financial operations team as an Oracle PeopleSoft Application Support Engineer. Leverage your knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide robust L2 and L3 support for PeopleSoft Financials.
In this role, you will conduct root cause analyses and ensure compliance with ITIL processes. You will manage batch jobs through CA AutoSys and collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents efficiently, utilizing Oracle SQL for data-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L2/L3 production support for PeopleSoft applications
• Conduct root cause analysis and document production incidents
