About the role
The Oracle Cloud EPM Manager will lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing administration of Oracle Cloud EPM applications. This role drives adoption and continuous improvement to maximize platform value, promotes best‑practice standards, and ensures seamless financial system integrations, particularly in the context of acquisitions. The manager collaborates with finance, IT, and external partners to make financial systems robust, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Salary range: $118,700–$145,100 per year (based on a 35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target of 15% of base salary, with a potential to reach up to double the target subject to performance. Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) provides matching of 50% of net shares.
