Optical systems manufacturing engineer (Hermosillo)

As an Optical Systems Manufacturing Engineer you will drive the manufacturing, tuning, validation, and continuous improvement of optical modules within an EMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the assembly, tuning, and validation of CMOS-based optical modules and subassemblies.
• Perform focus, centering, tilt, and image quality adjustments based on process specifications and CTQs.
• Support functional verification in coordination with Quality and Test teams.
• Maintain ISO 5 cleanroom discipline (contamination control, gowning, material flow, environmental control).
• Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, control plans, visual standards, training materials).
• Participate in NPI builds, pilot runs, engineering changes, and process validations.
