Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking an OPEX Manager to lead the deployment, training, and mentoring of the Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) at the plant level. The role focuses on creating and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance programs, site management systems, Lean and Six Sigma strategies, and robust problem‑solving techniques to improve factory margins, machine uptime, lead time, delivery performance, safety, and product/process variation.

Job Responsibilities and Authority

• Proactively implement, promote, and maintain a Zero Incident Safety Culture through accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, and rule enforcement.
