Operator — Industrial Plant (NZ) | Full Training, 12h Rotations

Rio Tinto's New Zealand Aluminium Smelter (NZAS) at Tiwai Point is seeking Operators to join the team. The role involves operating mobile and fixed plant equipment, inspections, and supporting aluminium production in an industrial setting.

A 12-hour rotating roster is offered with full training provided to entrants with no industry experience required. We value physical fitness, safety focus, teamwork and a positive learning attitude.
