Operations Technician I (Ciudad Juárez)

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operations Technician I (1st Shift) for its Supply Chain Manufacturing – Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance team in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Purpose: Independently or under limited supervision, the Operations Technician maintains, sets up, and repairs production line equipment, ensuring compliance with GMPs and all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and set up manufacturing equipment and maintain associated documentation.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring timely repair of equipment and machinery.
• Perform corrective and emergency non‑planned maintenance activities per approved methods.
• Participate in the transfer of new production lines.
• Provide recommendations and technical support for new projects and OAC.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
