Operations Support Manager

We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our e-wallet, loyalty, and digital financial services platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, accurate, secure, and compliant processing of transactions while driving operational excellence, service continuity, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of digital payment, loyalty, and financial service platforms.

• Monitor transaction processing activities and ensure service levels are consistently achieved.

• Lead transaction monitoring, incident management, and issue resolution activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of merchant settlements, wallet balances, partner transactions, and payment gateway transactions.

• Maintain compliance with BSP regulations, company policies, and operational controls.
