Operations Supervisor

As an operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping finished goods.

You will oversee warehouse operations to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and optimal utilization of associates and resources. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous improvement through adherence to established policies, procedures, and operational standards.

This position reports to the Regional Deputy Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work teams, ensuring you meet customer needs in terms of product assortment; balance activities and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Manage and supervise the receiving and storage of products, ensuring that the delivery matches the description versus the quantity on hand, as well as the good condition of the merchandise.
