Operations Supervisor (Chilliwack)

At Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S), we’re launching a new residential waste collection contract in Chilliwack in February 2026 and are seeking a hands‑on Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee daily waste collection activities, support drivers in the field, and assist the District Manager with planning, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily driver performance on Automatic Side Load, Pickup Container, Front End, and Roll‑Off routes.
• Conduct ride‑alongs, safety checks, and field audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support drivers with route issues, customer concerns, or service challenges.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support for driver training and development.
• Assist with scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation.
