About the Role

Aggregates / Asphalt Operations Supervisor, Vancouver Island. Responsible for safety, operational performance, and commercial results of aggregate and asphalt operations across the island. Drives operational excellence to achieve production targets, budgets, and KPI objectives while overseeing CAPEX, equipment fleet, reserve development, and cross‑functional coordination. Key responsibilities include leading sales strategy, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and advancing the Amrize brand.
