Job Title: Operations Support

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12‑Month Contract with possible extension

What You’ll Do

• Optimize Marketplace Health: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., delivery times, order cancellation rates, courier supply, and restaurant preparation bottlenecks) to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Merchant & Partner Support: Act as an operational escalation point for high‑value enterprise and SMB (Small/Medium Business) restaurant partners, troubleshooting technical, logistical, or financial issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps in the onboarding or delivery lifecycle. Design, test, and scale localized processes to improve efficiency.
• Data‑Driven Problem Solving: Use tools like Excel and SQL to extract marketplace insights, build dashboards, and turn raw data into actionable recommendations for the senior operations team.
