Summary About the Position: Independently works and leads projects to design, acquire, and implement major prototype and developmental mission- and campaign-level models and simulations, or to make extensive modifications and upgrades to existing models and simulations, that are critical to the analyses that inform Army Senior Leader decisions about future force structure. Responsibilities Lead major modeling and simulation projects to develop and enhance mission and campaign level tools that inform Senior Leader force structure decisions. Apply mathematical and software engineering principles to create innovative analytical tools that improve efficiency. Analyze operational requirements to develop functional specifications, define architecture needs, and manage server utilization effectively.
