Focuses on optimizing packaging processes, coordinating new product or format launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead planning and execution of packaging‑related projects, including line upgrades, layout changes, new equipment integration, and packaging format transitions.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
• Partner with various cross‑functional teams including supply chain, procurement, and planning to ensure material availability and alignment with production schedules.
• Work with customers and vendors on packaging specifications, artwork changes, material trials, and performance testing.
