Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead one of our CNC machining operations at our 120,000 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing facility in Toronto. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance, building high-functioning teams, and delivering complex machined components to some of the most demanding industries in the world. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of our machining department. You’ll ensure precision, from scheduling, to quality engineering to manufacturing and to shipping on time to customers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
