This individual must be capable of leading people, solving problems quickly, managing operational challenges, and helping create structure and accountability within a fast-paced construction environment. The right candidate will bring strong field credibility, operational awareness, leadership ability, and a high level of accountability. This role requires a leader who is comfortable both in the field and in operational planning discussions.
