Operations Manager

Position Overview

Under the general direction of the Plant Manager or equivalent, the Operations Manager provides strategic leadership for a function within a high-performance plant/facility. Has overall accountability for the performance of the function and the impact on the larger operating unit. Leads team managers and/or staff to achieve exceptional business results through the development of people and continuous improvement of manufacturing and supply chain processes. Participates as an active member of the facility leadership team and ensures that strategies across functions are aligned to create common objectives for all departments and achieve plant/facility goals.
