Job Summary

The Operations Management Trainee supports shop management, assists in cost savings, customer retention, and metric‑based initiatives. The trainee works cross‑functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental.

Essential Functions

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive customer management, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
