Job Summary
The Operations Management Trainee supports shop management, assists in cost savings, customer retention, and metric‑based initiatives. The trainee works cross‑functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental.
Essential Functions
- Provide quality customer interface and proactive customer management, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
- Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction.
