Key Responsibilities:
• Coach shop floor level meetings in manufacturing settings

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Operations Management Consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering
• Proven capabilities with LEAN tools in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
