Operations Leadership Rotational Program

Eaton Aerospace FED Pacifico invites graduates to join its Leadership Development Program in Operations. The two-year rotation assigns participants to 12-month posts across Eaton facilities, enabling leadership skill growth, exposure to different functions, and direct interaction with senior leaders.

After completion, you could pursue leadership paths in operations, lean/CI, quality, project management, supply chain, product line management, or engineering. Geographical flexibility is required.
