Opportunity Description

Lead operational excellence as the Operations Lead for NAM Customer Technical Support at GE Vernova. Focus on data, process improvements, and reporting to enhance technical support effectiveness.

In this individual contributor role, you will own the operational framework across PAC, CIC, and M&D product lines. Your responsibilities include process design, KPI reporting, and systems coordination involving Salesforce, SAP, and AWS Connect. You will ensure that technical support teams have the necessary structure and tools to excel in their functions.
