Portfolio Focus

Exterior Cleaner will perform daily cleaning and snow removal tasks outside of the mall. Cleaning and maintaining areas such as sidewalks, curbs, exterior entrances, green spaces, storage areas, and interior common areas. Tasks include snow removal, pressure washing, sweeping and dry/wet mopping. Cleans and entrances, green spaces, sidewalks, and other areas as per contract requirements. Follow all Health and Safety training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice and apply sand/salt as directed by the Property Manager as per the current Snow Management Plan.
