Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support backend Retail Operations.
- Manage quotations, invoices and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders once it is endorsed.
- Data entry and filing
- Preparation of data reports.
- Monitor and manage the outlets’ maintenance supplies such as store amenities.
- Handle email enquiries regarding stock allocation, and tracking of sales leads.
- Compile monthly sell-out report for internal and external stakeholders.
- Disseminate information from the Brands Department to respective outlets.
- Ensuring that the in-house system is running smoothly for day-to-day operations.
- Manage purchase orders and incoming stocks with brand principles.
- Conduct physical audit check in Boutiques to ensure adherence to Retail Operations SOPs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
