Operations Executive About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to support business operations, CRM management, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and actionable business insights that drive performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user compliance. Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
