Operations Excellence Specialist

Reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager or Director, the Operations Excellence Specialist will monitor and improve operational processes, lead and support change initiatives and projects, and collaborate with the Warehouse leadership team. The role involves research and analysis, mapping all workflows, removing waste and low‑value activities, and recommending and implementing solutions to increase safety, efficiency, productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead initiatives to identify and drive change across the organization using existing business processes such as gap analysis, Plan Do Check Act (PDAC) or Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control (DMAIC).
• Identify gaps and sustainable opportunities for improvement within the warehouse from a productivity, efficiency or space optimization perspective.
