Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
The Operations Engineer is the technical execution lead for all assigned projects within their product line portfolio. Each engineer owns the end-to-end project journey from production planning through quality inspection to final delivery, ensuring every vehicle is built, documented, and delivered in full conformance with applicable regulatory, client, and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of all assigned projects — approximately 15-20 active projects per engineer across all projects.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, coordinating with the production floor to align manufacturing milestones with client delivery commitments.
