Operations Director - Business Intelligence (Monterrey)

Overview Manager, Insights & Intelligence Hub Operations The Manager, I & I Hub Operations is an operational leader within the I & I Hub and is responsible for best‐in‐class service delivery and people management.
The I & I Hub Manager will lead and inspire an I & I delivery Hub team supporting a portfolio of clients and collaborate with I & I colleagues within I & I Partners and Data Strategy to implement new approaches and best practices.
The Manager, I & I Hub Operations plays a critical role ensuring effective delivery of I & I output across the hub teams and alignment with broader I & I objectives.
Reports to – Senior Manager, I & I Hub Operations.
This role is hybrid if based in Monterrey working 1 day per week at our AMS Monterrey office.
