This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, leading field teams, maintaining high service standards, driving quality initiatives, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with experience managing large frontline workforces in the cleaning or facility services industry.
Qualifications
Experience as an Operations Coordinator, Area Supervisor, or similar leadership role within the janitorial, cleaning, or facility services industry.
Proven experience leading and developing operational teams across multiple sites.
