Operations Assistant (Retail) - 1 Year Contract

Operations Assistant (Retail) will support end‑to‑end vehicle operations by ensuring showroom readiness, accurate tracking and documentation, and timely coordination of sold vehicles from arrival to delivery.

• Receive and perform quality checks on incoming vehicles, and update system records.
• Ensure all showroom display vehicles meet retail standards.
• Prepare and verify vehicle documentation, including condition, mileage, accessories, and damages.
• Manage delivery packs and hand them over to Sales Consultants upon delivery.
• Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations across all sites.
• Support transfer and movement of vehicles between locations.
• Monitor stock movement efficiency, turnaround time, and quality.
• Maintain daily records of showroom‑ready and sold vehicles.
• Support stock take, inventory tracking, and loan car documentation/monitoring.
