Your initiatives will ensure compliance and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess plant operational metrics regularly
• Coach teams using the Johnson Controls Business System (JCBS)
• Lead improvement planning projects with measurable outcomes
• Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing plant performance
• Document process improvements and share insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
