Basic Job Duties
- Manage the tracking of project portfolios to include communication, reporting, and providing access to systems to new leaders.
- Maintain controls/access to our shared services sites.
- Maintain the metrics spreadsheets and update the metrics as needed from various excel sources.
- Develop and maintain reports on Power BI to support all Operational Excellence processes.
- Create, maintain, and communicate agendas and tasks for project tracking meetings.
- Create closure and success communications on Power Point Templates.
- Enhance the Best Practices and Lessons Learned program to be searchable.
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment. Learn the goals of the Operational Excellence Department and provide support as needed.
- Roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed.
- Provide insight to the team when red flags appear in reporting.
