Job Summary

Operating Engineers are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and inspection of all mechanical systems and equipment within campus facilities under the PEBPVRSR.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain regulated mechanical equipment systems, including boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, air receivers, and other equipment.
• Perform regulatory inspections and assessments of steam boiler plants, chiller plants, district energy systems, laboratory ventilation systems, air handling units, compressors, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and operational logbooks.
