Openshift Tam — Enterprise Technical Advisor (Cerrillos)

Red Hat is looking for an experienced System Administrator engineer to join as a Red Hat OpenShift Technical Account Manager.

This role includes providing guidance for customers on adoption of Red Hat OpenShift and Infrastructure solutions while ensuring best practices are applied.

You will serve the customers' needs, addressing incidents proactively and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in IT environments, expertise with OpenShift and IT automation, and strong communication skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.

Occasional travel may be needed for customer visits.
