Ontario Property Accountant Role Available

Be part of a leading property management company in Ontario as a Property Accountant. This position requires managing the full accounting cycle for a diverse portfolio of properties.

We are looking for an energetic Property Accountant with 2-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience. You will handle transactions for both Condominium and Commercial properties, maintaining accurate records and producing financial statements. Strong attention to detail is necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting for properties
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processes
• Issue payments to vendors and reconcile accounts
