Onsite Senior Quality Engineer: Lead QA & QMS

Regal Rexnord in Ciudad Juárez is looking for a Senior Technical Leader to drive end-to-end quality performance across multiple processes. This role requires oversight of QE II engineers and managing high-impact customer quality issues.

The ideal candidate will need a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are key to succeeding in this position. This is a fully onsite role requiring excellent English communication skills.
