Onboard Guest Services Specialist | Hospitality & Resolution

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer to deliver exceptional hospitality onboard. You will actively listen to guests, resolve issues, and extend proactive assistance to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer-facing roles, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. The role requires a 5-6 month onboard commitment.
