Job Summary

Responsible for daily executing of our service commitment and identifying customer’s needs as well as outlining specific goals to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute timely setup of new customers in the program environment.
• Follow up on backorders and pre-packing products.
• Maintain a current and accurate base of product knowledge and apply that knowledge when servicing customers.
