As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating service requests and troubleshooting technical problems, from hardware to software and networking. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and escalate support tickets as necessary
• Perform intermediate to advanced IMAC services
• Maintain strong relationships with IT peers and clients
