Client of Forsyth Barnes, a leading GCC retailer, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to spearhead the Omni‑Channel transformation within the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) landscape, based in Dubai.

You will facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into testable specifications, partner with technical leads to align release trains, and lead UAT and cutover planning to ensure a seamless RMS rollout.
