Job Overview

The Talent Management Central Team (TMC) is a team within Oliver Wyman’s Human Capital (HC) department and is designed to offer program management and administrative support to Talent Managers across a number of Talent Management processes. The TMC will have global responsibilities and will work seamlessly with the global Talent Management team, as well as with Talent Managers in each of our Teams and Regions. The TMC will also be responsible for interfacing with senior groups of stakeholders from across the TM and HC function. The Coordinator Role requires mastery of core coordinator responsibilities, knowledge of Staffing and Performance Management systems, and the ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a timely manner. Fluency in English is required.
