*Realitzar tasques de manteniment preventiu i correctiu de les instal·lacions.
*Participar en el manteniment general de les infraestructures dels centres.
*Donar suport en petites reformes i actuacions de millora.
*Fer el seguiment i la supervisió d’empreses subcontractades que realitzen tasques de manteniment normatiu.
*Detectar incidències, proposar millores i col·laborar en accions correctives i preventives. Disponibilitat de vehicle
