YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience and make their day better than before they arrived. You’re the face of our company, proud of it, and you love the products. You build brand loyalty with every guest and represent our company values while bringing your real self to work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest fitting items from AE & Aerie.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly work across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
