Management Responsibilities

• Exercise the authority of a manager including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one‑on‑one coaching, employee recognition, and development.
• Ensure performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner.
• Take appropriate action when employee performance does not meet expectations.
