Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized and technically savvy OFCI Project Manager to oversee Owner‑Furnished, Contractor‑Installed equipment delivery and integration for a large‑scale data center project in Querétaro. This role ensures end‑to‑end coordination of critical equipment—from procurement and logistics through installation, commissioning, and turnover—working closely with design, construction, and vendor teams. Responsibilities Manage all OFCI equipment packages, including mechanical, electrical, IT, and specialized data‑center systems (e.g., CRAC/CRAH units, UPS systems, switchgear, RPPs, BMS/EPMS hardware).
