Job Summary

Occupational Therapist – Part Time (3 days a week) – Mississauga, ON. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) achieve developmental milestones, enhance independence, and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities of pediatric patients.
• Identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement through standardized tests, clinical observations, and input from parents or caregivers.
• Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on therapeutic goals and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment planning.
• Provide clear and concise progress updates, recommendations, and goals during team meetings and parent conferences.
