**Job Summary:**
The Occupational Therapist plays a crucial role in enhancing patients' ability to perform daily tasks related to work and life. + Review physician referrals and patient medical history to determine therapy needs.
+ Conduct and document patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment plans according to department protocols.
