Occupational Therapist II

Job Summary

As an autonomous practitioner and key multi-disciplinary team member, they will provide specialized, holistic assessment and goal orientated treatment through a patient centred model of care. Utilizing a broad range of assessment and treatment techniques, they will effectively promote health and well-being and maximize functional recovery, using both a restorative and preventative approach to patient care. They will manage their own caseload of patients with complex medical and rehabilitative needs and assist other team members where required, to effectively manage patients and promote knowledge sharing and skill acquisition.
