In this position, you will deploy end-user access to O365 services while managing SharePoint site collections. Your responsibilities include implementing MS Cloud PBX and PSTN conferencing alongside the automation of functions for operational efficiency. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure standardized products are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities: • Deploy and maintain O365 services including email and AD integration • Implement new SharePoint site collections and perform maintenance • Automate delivery processes to enhance efficiency • Provide documentation and training to team members • Offer 24 x 7 on-call escalation support as needed
