Seasons Care is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join their team. As a Nutritional Consultant, you will assess dietary needs, develop personalized nutrition care plans, and provide counseling. You will also be responsible for training dietary team members and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify nutrition risks and monitor hydration levels
• Conduct comprehensive RAI assessments regularly
• Develop effective nutrition care plans for individuals
• Collaborate with teams to enhance residents’ dining experiences
• Educate staff and residents on nutritional practices
